The 2012 Hyundai Genesis hits showrooms with even more refinements, as if the $50,000 luxury sedan from Hyundai wasn't shocking enough before. The top of the line R-Spec comes in with a new 5.0 liter V8 and 429 horsepower, which should be enough to have the Germans getting a little nervous.
